Village Theater Announces KIDSTAGE Summer Camps, Kicks Off 6/14

Village Theatre KIDSTAGE is proud to announce its summer camp line-up of theatre classes for students of all ages. KIDSTAGE kicks into high gear for the youngsters hanging around Village Theatre in the summer months; between the Issaquah and Everett locations, there are dozens of camps for students to be part of.

In Issaquah, the KIDSTAGE class lineup boasts popular classes that begin in June, July, and August. In June, grades PreK-K can enroll in "Fabulous Fairies and Dynamic Dragons" or for grades 4-6 try "Musical Theatre - High School Musical." In July, there is "Adventures at Hogwarts" for grades 3-5 or "Broadway Now Playing" for grades 8-12. In August, the fun continues with "Musical Theatre: Annie" for grades 1-2 and "Broadway's Rock Musicals" for grades 6-9.

Everett KIDSTAGE students have just as many exciting opportunities lasting throughout the summer months. In June, put your rising star in "Broadway Bootcamp" for grades 5-12 or "Musical Theatre - Beauty and the Beast" for grades 1-3. In July those in grades K-2 can try out "Green Eggs in Ham," and for those grades 6-10 try "Musical Theatre - Chicago." In August, there is "Jungle Safari" for grades PreK-K or "KIDS on Broadway" for grades 4-6.

Summer camps in Issaquah and Everett officially begin June 14, 2010, with tuitions starting at $115 in Everett and $160 in Issaquah. Payment plans are available for all KIDSTAGE programs and financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Receive a 10 percent discount when registering more than one student from the same family or when registering for more than one class. One discount per family. Each registered student qualifies for one half-price single student ticket to any Village Theatre Mainstage production currently on sale.
