IN THE HEIGHTS National Tour Stars Reprise Roles at Village Theatre, Beginning Tonight

IN THE HEIGHTS, featuring Music and Lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Book by Quiara Alegría Hudes, plays at the Village Theatre in Issaquah, WA, tonight, September 18 through October 26, followed by a run in Everett from October 31 to November 23, 2014. Among the cast members are original National Tour stars Perry Young (Usnavi) and Kyle Robert Carter (Benny).

Turn up the heat and get ready to feel the rhythm as this Broadway dance spectacular brings the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan to the stage. In a community where everyone knows your business, things are about to shake-up as romances bloom, dreams are challenged, and one winning lottery ticket threatens to change everything. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical, and Pulitzer Prize nominee, In The Heights is a fun and fresh hip-hop musical set in a sizzling summer filled with music and possibilities.

The cast features Perry Young, Tanesha Ross, Kyle Robert Carter, Corrina Munter, Pamela Turpen, Jose Gonzales, Justin Huertas, Naomi Morgan, Jennifer Paz, Iris Elton, Joseph Tancioco and Daniel Cruz.

In the ensemble are Rylan Bonnevie, Desiree Boyd, Arthur Cuadros*, Stephanie Dehrkoop, Vince-John Frijas, Rylan Bonnevie, Rianna Hidalgo, Jelani Kee, Jenna Lindberg, Nathaniel Padre, and Shelby Willis.

IN THE HEIGHTS will run select Tuesdays at 7:30 PM, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM, Fridays at 8:00 PM, Saturdays at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM and Sundays at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. *Thursday Matinee: October 9, 2014 • 2:00PM.
