The cast consists of an all-star lineup of Seattle/Tacoma area talent: Actor's Equity actress Bobbi Kotula, known for her work on stages across Seattle and New York, as well as on screen and radio; VINCE BRADY, an actor and director who previously worked in the UK and across Europe, and is now in the Seattle area working on stage and screen; SALLY BRADY, a prolific actress known for her work in everything from Shakespeare to musicals; and EVA DOAK, a Centerstage audience favorite and top talent in Seattle. There is also an appearance by TRISTA DUVAL, Interim Artistic Director at Centerstage.

Sarah Ruhl's gorgeous dark comedy explores how we deal with grief and loss through a lens of intrigue with a hint of noir. Jean (Sally Brady) sits in a café by a man (Vince Brady) who's cell phone rings incessantly and he refuses to answer. When she discovers why, it sets her off on a path she couldn't possibly have predicted. When she meets his entire family (Bobbi Kotula, Eva Doak, and Vince Brady - who plays two roles!) and his mistress (Trista Duval), Jean gets swept up into a world of emotion and mystery as she grapples with who this man was - and who she is since meeting him.

Believing the theatre is an agent of challenge, change, and education, Centerstage presents and produces quality performances to enhance the lives of people and communities in Western Washington. Centerstage Theatre has been a feature of the South Sound Arts Community since 1977. Moving into the brand new Knutzen Family Theatre in 1998, the company continued to grow, eventually stepping into the professional theatre world by beginning to pay all of its actors and production crew and garnering awards from local publications and papers.
