Senator James M. Jeffords Endowed Scholarship to Honor Marian Hausman Jeffords

Former U.S. Senator James M. Jeffors of Vermont established this scholarship in memory of his mother, Marion Hausman Jeffords , to honor her career as an edcator who taight music and art in Rutland. Criteria - Be a current high school snior who resides in Rutland County or attends a Rutland County High School - Seek and undergraduate degree in the arts, including, but not limited to, music, visual arts, dance, or theatre - Demonstrate academic achievement - Demonstrate financial need - Attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding
