Eligibility criteria
Prospective first-year UGA music majors who audition on live January/February dates are automatically considered for performance-based scholarships (including voice). Music minors and transfers are not considered for these music scholarships. Renewable if contract requirements maintained.
Application steps
- Apply to UGA and to the Hugh Hodgson School of Music (Acceptd) by the recommended Jan 1 deadline.
- Audition on a published scholarship audition date.
- No separate scholarship form beyond audition consideration.
- Accept scholarship contract with enrollment.
