Eligibility criteria
Florida graduating high school seniors (public, private, virtual, or home education) demonstrating excellence in creative writing, dance, drama, music, or visual arts. May apply in more than one discipline.
Application steps
- Apply online at artsforlifeaward.org when the cycle opens (typically Sept–Feb).
- Submit essay and discipline-specific portfolio.
- Optional email/mail path if offered that year.
- Await spring notification after expert panel scoring.

Overview
Arts for Life! recognizes the creativity and artistic talents of high school students throughout Florida. Annually, Arts for Life! awards $1,000 scholarships to 25 Florida high school seniors who demonstrate academic and artistic excellence in creative writing, dance, drama, music or the visual arts.
