Dingbat Theatre Project will present an original theatrical experience, A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas. Based on A.A. Milne's beloved stories from Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner, this immersive theatrical experience for all ages follows Christopher Robin and his beloved stuffed friends: Piglet, Kanga, Roo, Eeyore, Owl, Rabbit, Tigger, and, of course, Winnie-the-Pooh through their imaginative holiday journeys.

Dingbat's A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas begins performances on December 5 and runs through December 19, just in time for the holidays. There is a special Pay-What-You-Can Preview on December 4. with limited tickets. All performances will be held at Dingbat Theatre Project at 7288 S Tamiami Trail.

Audiences will go on an immersive journey through two different performance spaces. The first, a cozy family living room decorated for Christmas, where members of the family reconnect by bringing the WInnie-the-Pooh characters to life through puppetry, imagination, and storytelling. After that, the audience will be led into a snowy Hundred Acre Wood, where the rest of the stories take place.

A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas features a multi-generational cast, including Dingbat returning and debuting artists. The play stars Jason Moore as Winnie-the-Pooh, AJ Trinci as Owl and Tigger, Alyssa Caroline as Piglet, Philip Troyer as Rabbit, Brittany Bianco Resnick as Eeyore, and Liz Pascoe as Kanga. The cast is completed with six local youth performers ages ranging from 5-13 including Abby Berent as Christopher Robin and Keva Schells as Roo. A live band with singers accompanies the characters on their holiday journey.
