Just in time for the holidays, 42nd Street Moon presents the return of everyone's favorite Yuletide sourpuss in the World Premiere of SCROOGE IN LOVE!, a fun, high-spirited follow-up to A Christmas Carol. Starring Broadway's Jason Graae (last seen at 42nd Street Moon in Little Me) in the title role, SCROOGE IN LOVE! follows Ebenezer Scrooge one year after his life changed for the better, although he still feels something is missing. Directed by Dyan McBride, SCROOGE IN LOVE! will run November 25-December 13, 2015 (Press opening: Saturday, November 28) at the Eureka Theatre, 215 Jackson Street, San Francisco. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast below!

Tucked in bed after an evening of holiday festivities, Scrooge receives an unexpected visit from his former partner Jacob Marley, the first of four ghostly callers. Though Scrooge fears he will be a bachelor for the rest of his life, his spectral visitors convince him otherwise with an eye-opening journey through time. New ghosts and old pal Jacob Marley arrive to help him find his lost love, Belle. With music by Snoopy!!! and Minnie's Boys composer Larry Grossman and lyrics from Murder for Two's Kellen Blair, the score includes new songs like "Happier," "The Hours in Between," "Do It Now," "I Love Love," and "Just One Year." Featuring winking humor and joyful original songs, SCROOGE IN LOVE! is a Christmastime romance full of fresh delights and timeless holiday cheer.

42nd Street Moon has assembled a shimmering cast alongside Mr. Graae to bring this Victorian fantasy to life, including Melissa Reinerston, who will portray Scrooge's lost love, Belle, Elise Youssef as the Ghost of Christmas Past, Will Springhorn as the Ghost of Christmas Present, David Naughton, who will play both the Ghost of Christmas Future and Scrooges's former friend Dick Wilkins, and Ryan Drummond (recently seen as Nick in Nick & Nora) as Ebenezer's ghostly business partner Jacob Marley. The ensemble also features Anjali Blacker as Nora/Maggie, Michael Grasso as Tiny Tim, Brittney Monroe as Martha, Heather Orth as Juliana/Mrs. Fezziwig, David Ryan as Peter/Turkey Boy, Kalon Thibodeaux as Young Scrooge, Andrew Willis-Woodward as Bob Cratchit, Skye Violet Wilson as Mrs. Cratchit, and Tod Zoldan as Fred/Mr. Fezziwig. This production will be choreographed by Staci Arriaga and features musical direction by Dave Dobrusky.
