SDGMC Will Postpone RETURN TO BROADWAY Until August 1-2
By: Stephi Wild

SDGMC has been monitoring the latest developments surrounding COVID-19 and the potential impact on public gatherings, including our upcoming concert performances of "Return to Broadway." Their Board of Directors and staff have been reviewing the latest announcements from Governor Newsom and public health officials.
Out of respect for the health and safety of the audiences and singers, the decision has been made to postpone performances of "Return to Broadway" until August 1 and 2, 2020.
The summer concert, "The 80's," originally scheduled for August 1 and 2, will now be postponed until the summer of 2021.The following statement has been released:
While the Governor's Office has recommended large group gatherings of 250 or more to be cancelled or postponed until after the end of March, and our concerts are not scheduled until the middle of April, we ultimately agreed that we cannot take the health of our singers and audiences for granted, especially those of us who are considered to be high risk. As a non-profit organization, we also had to take into consideration how an earlier decision will have less of a negative impact than one made later in April.Videos
