Civic Theatre's THE LION KING Offers Ticket Buyers A Chance To Support Literacy and Save 20%
Disney's THE LION KING offers a special fundraiser ticket program to allow ticket buyers to Support Literacy and Save when you purchase tickets for select performances: Tuesday, October 13 at 7PM, Wednesday, October 14 at 7PM and Saturday, October 31 at 8PM. You not only save up to 20% on select performances, a portion of your purchase also benefits community literacy efforts through the San Diego Education Fund in conjunction with Newspaper In Education. This special ticket discount offer is presented by an arrangement with Broadway/San Diego ~ A Nederlander Presentation; benefitting SDEF/San Diego Education Fund, in conjunction with NIE/Union-Tribune Newspaper In Education; supported by The San Diego Union-Tribune and SignOnSanDiego.com.
Ticket buyers must mention offer code ‘RAFIKI' to save 20% off regular ticket price on price levels A, B and C for select performances. Tickets can be purchased at bsd.signonsandiego.com. By popular demand, THE LION KING will return to San Diego for 4 weeks from October 13 through November 8 at the San Diego Civic Theatre for the first time since its triumphant premiere engagement in December, 2005. Opening night is Thursday, October 15 at 7:30pm. This show is presented by arrangement with Broadway/San Diego ~ A Nederlander Presentation and is a special on the Broadway/San Diego's 2009-2010 Season.
