Salt Lake Community College's Arts and Cultural Events and The Grand Theatre present a discussion with Dr. Susan C. W. Abbotson, Associate Professor of Modern and Contemporary Drama at Rhode Island College at 6pm tonight, March 14, 2013.

Mark Fossen director of the Grand Theatre's production of Death of a Salesman will be interviewing Professor Abbotson about the life and work of Arthur Miller and the significance and relevance of Death of a Salesman. A short Q&A will follow the interview.

A leading scholar on the work of Arthur Miller, Professor Abbotson has published three books and many articles on this seminal American writer. She has been President of the Arthur Miller Society, currently serves on their board, and manages their website. She is also the Performance Editor for the Arthur Miller Journal, and was one of a panel of experts to discuss Arthur Miller on Tom Ashbrook's On Point, NPR, 12 Feb., 2005. This event is free and open to the public.
