Park City Institute Hosts The 8th Annual Saints & Sinners Ball

Walking the line between spirited and rambunctious, Park City Institute hosts the eighth annual Saints & Sinners Ball. The soiree entices cherubs, gangsters, despots, angels and devils, to gather at the St. Regis Deer Valley, Saturday March 16, 2019. Proceeds from this celebration benefit Park City Institute. The revelry begins at 6:00 p.m. Dressing the part is encouraged, but not required.

"The Saints and Sinners Ball is a rollicking good time for a great cause," said PCI Executive Director, Teri Orr. "The funds we raise at this year's ball will allow us to continue to entertain, educate and illuminate our community with performances, Curiosities Evenings, and Student Outreach programs."

The evening's alchemy includes: libations, dinner, and an auction, filled with fittingly clever experiences, goods, and adventures. The auction packages are curated, exclusively, for the Park City Institute. You won't find most of these items at any other fundraiser in Utah. "The St. Regis Deer Valley, in addition to sponsoring the event, donated exclusive wine dinners, prepared and presented by Executive Sous and Chef de Cusine, Rachel Wiener," Orr added. "These dinners are in great demand, every year, at our auction." More exclusive experiences, available for purchase at the Saints & Sinners Ball auction, will be announced in the coming weeks.

And, yes, there will be shenanigans . "This is a bring-your-dancing-shoes party," Orr said. "Joshy Soul-who performed as part of our event with We Rise Up during the Sundance Film Festival-will ensure the dancing doesn't stop, after the auction."

"For 21 years, our community of both saints and sinners has united around the opportunity to support the mission of the Institute. Without sponsors like the St. Regis, and so many private donors, we couldn't create our programs," said Orr. "It's more important than ever to come together as a community, around art, ideas and inquiry. We can't thank our supporters enough."

The Saints & Sinners Ball on March 16th, is a wickedly fun way to keep Park City Institute going strong.

Tickets to the Saints & Sinners Ball are $2,250 for a table of 10, $1800 for a table of 8, and $225 per person. Please call the Eccles Center Box Office at 435-655-3114 or purchase tickets online a parkcityinstitute.org.
