Hale Center Theater Orem will present AIDA: SCHOOL EDITION, running March 10-18, 2016.

Let HCTO's stage take you back to the time of pyramids and pharaohs in our production of AIDA: SCHOOL EDITION! It tells the story of AIDA, an enslaved Nubian princess who falls in love with Egyptian captain RADAMES, and who must choose between her deepening passion for him and her duty for her people. This Elton John and Tim Rice musical -- winner of four Tony awards -- will be performed by a cast entirely under age eighteen.

AIDA: SCHOOL EDITION is a musical with music by Elton John and lyrics by Tim Rice. The musical's book was written by Linda Woolverton, Robert Falls, and David Henry Hwang.

AIDA: SCHOOL EDITION will be performed at 4:30 PM every day, except Sunday, from March 10th to March 18th. There will be a Saturday matinee at 11:00 AM on March 12th. Tickets range in price from $7 to $9 each ($2 less for children). To order tickets visit the Hale Center Theater Orem Box Office, call 801-226-8600 or visit haletheater.org.
