'Be it ever so humble . . .' Art Exhibit at Utah Cultural Celebration Center
Guest curators Melanie Allred and Jason Lanegan have collaborated with local visual artists exploring the theme of house and home in this inviting and reflective exhibition. Featured artists include Jason Allred, Justin Wheately, Kelly Brooks, Marianne Cone, Pam Bowman, Jason Lanegan, and others.
The idea of Home is always positive. It embodies a place where one can feel safe, uninhibited, and unconditionally loved. Negative experiences in our quest for Home may taint, mar, or even threaten our hope in its existence, but an insatiable longing for the ideal encourages us to keep seeking. Be it ever so humble explores the simple and ultimately subjective environments and experiences that transform a house into a Home.
Mon - Thurs, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and by arrangement
