Comedian Tom Foss' Drybar Comedy Special 'Walking Shoes' is released on VidAngel. Season 3 of the all family oriented comedy is complete. 'Getting selected for season 3 was a great honor', Foss said. The 40 minute special was fiilmed in Provo, Utah. This series now has almost 4 million followers and is growing.
Starting out at a small comedy club in Cleveland, Ohio, he worked with greats like Bob Saget and Drew Carey honing his skills before taking his show on the road. Performing across the country in great comedy clubs like The Punchlines, The Funnybones and The Improvs. 'If they had a microphone I'd be there', Foss said.
In 2005 Foss was selected to head a four man comedy team headed to Iraq to entertain the troops. It would be the beginning of 13 years of entertaining the troops around the world. He's done five tours to Iraq and six to Afghanistan. 'I still stay in touch with a lot of those soldiers I met on those tours. Its great honor to entertain those heroes that defend my freedoms', Foss said. 'A guaranteed laugh', is what Rich Davis producer of the Comics on Duty World Tour said about Foss in a 2011 interview.
Now spending most of his time performing comedy on the seven seas. Foss has become one the top sought after comedians working the ships. His likable character onstage is a crowd pleaser every time. There's something for everyone at his shows. 'I love working the cruise ships', Foss said. 'Everyone is on vacation and in a good mood. The shows are always full and a lot of fun. After 32 years of doing comedy, the cruise lines are still finding me new places to travel to. Every time I think I've seen or done it all, something new and exciting pops up'.
