GOLDA'S BALCONY by William Gibson will be directed by Bryna Wortman and produced by 2nd Story Theatre, performed in the Courtroom at The Bristol Statehouse, 240 High Street, Bristol, RI, tonight, November 14 - December 8, 2013.
William Gibson's one-woman tour de force gives us great insight into a personal and public life that made Golda Meir a legendary world leader - a dramatic look at idealism, power, and the strength it took to shape the destiny of a nation.This special event is presented to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Kristallnacht.
Performances: Nov. 14 - Dec. 8 - Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 8:00PM; Sundays at 3:00PM. Additional Performance: Sunday, Nov. 17 @ 7:00PM. No Performance on Thursday, Nov. 28/Thanksgiving. Discussion Sunday: Nov. 24 - humanities discussion immediately following the 3:00PM performance
