Portsmouth Community Theater Presents LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE Portsmouth Community Theater is pleased to present their next production, Love, Loss and What I Wore onstage from April 13-22, 2018 at Aquidneck Island Christian Academy, 321 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI. Written by Nora Ephron and based on the bestselling book by Ilene Beckerman, Love, Loss and What I Wore is an acclaimed collection of monologues and ensemble pieces. Admission is $10 at the door.

The heartwarming comedic piece takes its cue from the undeniable connection between a woman's garments and her memories of that time in her life. Director Cindy Killavey explains that the piece "covers all the important subjects: mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses and why women always seem to gravitate to wearing black."

Portsmouth Community Theater's presentation of Love, Loss and What I Wore features an all-female cast starring Sharon Coleman, Cheryl Cox, Trish Culver, Tanya Kieron and Maria Schmidt, under the direction of Cindy Killavey and stage managed by Denise Betz.

The production runs for two weekends, April 13-22, 2018, at the Aquidneck Island Christian Academy, 321 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI. Performances are April 13 and 14 at 7:00 PM, April 15 at 2:00 PM and April 20 and 21 at 7:00 PM and April 22 at 2:00 PM. General Admission is $10 at the door.
