The Burbage Theatre Co's Board of Directors and Executive Staff proudly announce a new home and residency at 249 Roosevelt Avenue in Pawtucket RI and a new partnership with the Rhode Island-based living arts company, TEN31 Productions.

Following Galileo, the first show of the 2017-18 Season, Burbage will conclude their residency at 276 Westminster Street in concurrence with closing of Aurora Providence. The remaining four productions of the 2017-18 season, beginning with The Great Gatsby on November 24, will signal the start of their new residency and partnership with TEN31.

"We've spent Season 5 & 6 (our first incorporated years) in residency at Aurora Providence, and we've grown exponentially over that time. Our residency at Aurora allowed us to take a further step toward legitimacy that will serve as the brick and mortar of our foundation forever. Aurora allowed us to pursue more daring, provocative, and compelling work that beat to the tune of downtown Providence's infinitely varied and incredibly welcoming arts community. We are eternally grateful to Aurora's staff and management for providing us with such an incomparable workshop. They are permanently a part of our bones."

"TEN31 is a place of innovation, much like Aurora," says Artistic Director Jeff Church, "There is a creative spirit coursing through the building. We could not be more thrilled to collaborate with such creative, innovative, and generous people. The Revel Factory's industrial size and capacity coupled with the genius of Trevor Elliot and our Operations Manager Andrew Iacovelli, will allow us to build a unique and malleable, but formal theatre space with little to no restrictions on production. It's going to be our best season yet."
