Artists' Exchange Hosts Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival, 9/23

Artists' Exchange has announced its 5th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival, set for Sunday, September 23rd, 11am-5pm (rain date 9/30).
The festival will feature live music and theater, artisans, art activities and contests, including a Human Art Contest, Street Art Contest, "Doggie Show Off" Contest, a series of "artsified" carnival games, pumpkin painting, pony rides, ice cream and more. $1 entry, free for kids 12 & under.
