This intimate and emotionally powerful musical tells the story of the five-year relationship between aspiring actress Cathy and rising novelist Jamie. The show has a unique structure. Almost entirely sung, it opens with Jamie telling their love story in chronological order from when they first meet, while Cathy's story starts at the end of their relationship. On stage they meet only once – at their wedding in the middle of the show.
