An updated version of the classic tale, in the style of a traditional British family Panto, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST – A CHRISTMAS ROSE features family-friendly magic, with a comedic twist, dancing (with “So You Think You Can Dance” alumni), contemporary music and more.

The Ensemble for BEAUTY AND THE BEAST – A CHRISTMAS ROSE features Jessica Richens (Top 3 “So You Think You Can Dance”/ “So You Think You Can Dance” All Star), Jennifer Bermeo, Alyse Rockett, Annie Gratton, Wally Pham, Branson Hudson, Darnell Joseph and Mason Trueblood. The Youth Ensemble features Emmanuel Martin Lewis, JD Bering, Caden Miller, Bryanna Fernandez, Madison Han, Yasmine Arya, Cameron Steen, Cody Copley, Joshua E. Guerrero, Layla Krugh, Brooklyn Bustamante, and Lexi Hernandez.

Bonnie Lythgoe serves as Executive Director and oversee the production. Casting is led by Producer Becky Lythgoe.

Golden Ticket: Children ages 4-12 can enjoy a special on-stage experience for $60. (Note: One Golden Ticket requires an admission ticket.)
Winter Wonderland: Audience members can enjoy this FREE pre-show celebration featuring crafts, games, Santa Claus (on select days), photo opportunities, and more! Starts one hour prior to curtain time.

Lythgoe Family Panto Season Includes Oz Premiere At Pasadena Civic

Lythgoe Family Panto (LFP) expands across America this holiday season, including a multi-year deal at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium beginning with their newest production - THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ. It will be directed by Bonnie Lythgoe and choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha D'umo (NappyTabs), with book by Kris Lythgoe and Michael Orland (American Idol) serving as musical arranger and supervisor. Casting is by executive producer Becky Lythgoe. This will be the seventh holiday season of Lythgoe Family Panto in Pasadena, and their second in this larger venue.
