Today, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) announces its highly anticipated 2023/24 season, featuring a wide variety of musical experiences that celebrate exceptional talent across genres and reflect Toronto's diverse communities.

Last night, The New York Pops-led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke was joined by guest artists Nikki Renée Daniels, Jordan Donica, Matt Doyle, and Melissa Errico, as well as Judith Clurman's Essential Voices USA in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall for Broadway Blockbusters. To open their fortieth season, The New York Pops pulls out all the stops.

The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, opened their 2022-2023 Carnegie Hall season on Friday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium Perelman Stage with the music of Star Wars-a comprehensive program that includes John Williams' music from all nine films in the Skywalker saga as well as the two anthology films, Rogue One and Solo-all in chronological order. The New York Pops will open their 2022–2023 Carnegie Hall season on Friday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage with the music of Star Wars—a comprehensive program that includes John Williams’ music from all nine films in the Skywalker saga as well as the two anthology films.

Elizabeth Stanley will now headline The New York Pops Underground cabaret on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 54 Below. Stanley will be singing selections from Songs for a New World, Bridges of Madison County, Jagged Little Pill, Company, A Little Night Music, and more.

The New York Pops has announced artist and programming updates for its 40th anniversary season with concerts in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. Heather Headley replacing Adrienne Warren, will now be featured in a solo concert with The New York Pops on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.

Broadway favorite Betsy Wolfe will headline The New York Pops Underground cabaret performance on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 54 Below, performing selections from Waitress, The Last 5 Years, and her new Broadway show, & Juliet.

Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, will now open its 2022-23 season—its 40th anniversary—with The Music of Star Wars on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage (originally scheduled for February 10, 2023).

The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, today announced its 2022-2023 season of performances in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. This season also marks the orchestra’s 40th anniversary.

The pop-up features highlights from film and television.

Legendary film composer John Williams conducts a brand-new album of many of his beloved movie themes in stunning new adaptations written especially for his superstar violinist friend and collaborator Anne-Sophie Mutter. Recorded in Hollywood, Across the Stars will be released on 30 August on Deutsche Grammophon and includes familiar themes from blockbuster films including Star Wars and Harry Potter, as never heard before.

Pacific Symphony will present an exciting "Family Musical Mornings" event with the "Intergalactic Adventures" concert, exploring outer space and beyond through the music of "Star Wars," "Star Trek," "2001: A Space Odyssey" and excerpts from Holst's legendary suite, "The Planets." NASA footage for this concert has been provided by retired NASA astronaut Steven Ray Swanson. This program was created in consultation with Mr. Swanson and is inspired by his real-life explorations to outer space. Conducted by Pacific Symphony's Associate Conductor and Music Director of Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra, Roger Kalia, the concert features the music of the spheres performed by Pacific Symphony and Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra, with performances at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall on April 13.
