The second annual North Carolina Theatre Conference Producing Theatre Gathering will be held August 5-7, 2009 in the School of Design and Production at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem.

The gathering will coincide with the National Black Theatre Festival.  Hotel rooms in Winston-Salem are very hard to come by during NBTF, so we suggest that you make hotel reservations now.  The Wingate Inn in Winston-Salem is holding rooms under "The North Carolina Theatre Conference" at a rate of $82 + tax.  This rate is available for August 4-8.  Reservations may be made by calling 336.714.2800.

Registration will open in the spring. Please visit www.nctc.org for more gathering information, as it becomes available.  If you have suggestions for workshops, or would like to present a session, please email angelahays@nctc.org.
