About Lakewood Theatre Company - 2025-26 Season
73 Years of Live Theatre: Founded as a not-for-profit organization in 1952, Lakewood Theatre Company is dedicated to studying and presenting drama in all its forms; training and developing actors; and creating, maintaining, and operating a theatre for plays and other entertainment. Lakewood Theatre Company is the oldest continuously operated, not-for-profit theatre in the Portland Metropolitan area. Each year, it offers more than 300 theatre artists the chance to learn and showcase their skills and attracts over 35,000 visitors to its performances.
