Making Art Work is a new speaker series at Pittsburgh Public Theater that aims to transform regional theater through innovative discussions and exchanges of ideas. The series launches on October 14 with Mark Valdez, artistic director of Minneapolis’ Mixed Blood Theatre, who will engage in a conversation moderated by Sarah Ashley Cain, Pittsburgh Public Theater's associate artistic director.
