Prime Stage Theatre is excited to present Patriotic Songs as part of 2nd Stage at Prime Stage. Ever wonder why Yankee Doodle loved macaroni so much? Or why the Star-Spangled Banner is just so darned hard to sing? Now is your chance to learn where they actually came from.

Directed by Dek Ingram, Patriotic Songs engages the audience with fascinating stories on the history of our nations most beloved American patriotic songs. The incredible stories that had inspired some of our most famous songs, including the Star Spangled Banner and God Bless America, will transport you to a time in our Nation's history that will surely keep your patriotic spirit soaring.

Join us tonight, July 11 for an evening of songs. Enjoy hor's doerves at Max's Allegheny Tavern, located at 537 Suismon Street on the North Side, beginning at 7:00 pm with the presentation running from 7:30-8:30pm. It'll be a great evening of red, white, and maybe just a touch of the blues!

Limited seating is available. Tickets are $15 and available in advance only. For more information on the show or to buy tickets, visit www.primestage.com. Like us on Facebook (Prime Stage Theatre) and follow us on Twitter @prime_stage.
