Babe: An Olympian Musical is a bold, brassy, new musical and a milestone in musical theatre. It follows the life of the greatest woman athlete in history, Mildred "Babe" Didrikson, as she clears hurdle after hurdle of bullying and discrimination - rising from small-town basketball star, to Olympic gold medalist, to legendary founder of the LPGA!
Babe performs at Theatre Artists Studio, 4848 E. Cactus Rd, #406, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 from March 16 – April 1, 2012 on Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 2:00 pm. Performance dates are March 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 & 31 at 7:30 p.m.; March 18 & 25 and April 1 at 2:00 p.m.

The Studio is a member organization of actors, playwrights, directors, producers and designers founded to provide a place for theatre artists to work at their craft in an atmosphere which fosters mutual growth and collaboration through Studio affiliation. The Studio provides interaction between its members and the community by providing an opportunity to produce innovative projects, mentor emerging talent and establish an educational resource to celebrate the power and imagination of theatre.
