The Nash Announces October Lineup

The Nash celebrates turning 5 with a jam packed October. The month is filled with major special guests, including Emmet Cohen Trio on Oct. 18, "Goth Jazz"as Romanian Lucian Ban & Mat Maneri perform the "Transylvanian Concert" Oct 27 and the "genre-slicing" high energy Banda Magda Oct 22.

The 5th Anniversary Weekend (Oct 7 - 9) brings The Dizzy Gillespie All-Stars, featuring Roy Hargrove-trumpet, Sharel Cassity-sax, Cyrus Chestnut-piano, John Lee-bass, Lewis Nash-drums, and Roberta Gambarini-vocals. Cory Weeds also highlights the weekend, as well as Darcy James Argue.

The live jazz club also features a wide array of jazz styles, jam sessions, lectures and matinee shows to appeal to all tastes and ages. New events include Jazz Meets Poetry, Oct 26 and Jazz & Jokes Oct 19.

The Nash is located at 110 E. Roosevelt St on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix.

The Nash offers extensive wine and beer service at all shows with a wonderful selection of full and half bottles of wine as well as an assortment of craft beers.
