The Mesa Arts Center welcomes Elaine Paige, an actress, recording artist, producer, broadcaster, and major veteran of Broadway on Tuesday, February 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the Piper Repertory Theater. Best known for her award-winning performance as Eva Peron in Evita, she has starred in multiple West End productions including Cats, where she originated the role of Grizabella. Tickets are available through the Mesa Arts Center Box Office at MesaArtsCenter.com or by calling 480-644-6500.

After having a hit record with the song Memory from the original production of Cats, Elaine Paige went on to star in Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease, Billy, Chess, Anything Goes, Piaf, Sunset Boulevard, The King and I, and Sweeney Todd (New York City Opera). In Chess, she had yet another record-breaking number one hit with I Know Him So Well, which she performed with Barbara Dickson. Aside from her performances on the West End in New York, she has had concerts worldwide from The White House to The Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China to the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
