Great AZ Puppet Theater Announces Guest Artists and Special Events

The Great Arizona Puppet Theater is set to present PETER RABBIT and ADULT PUPPET SLAM this April, as well as hosting special guest artist Magical Moonshine Theatre's production of ANIMALITOS.
From April 2-6, special guest artist Magi MOONSHINE THEATRE presents "ANIMALITOS", a creative and highly entertaining series of Aesop's fables with big puppets and live music. Delightful! For more information visit http://magicalmoonshine.org/
On Friday, April 4 & Saturday, April 5, ADULT PUPPET SLAM brings together quirky, edgy puppeteers presenting exciting short works for adults. Outrageous, moving, bawdy, controversial -- expect the unexpected! Featuring special Guest Artist LITTLE BLUE MOON THEATRE from California (for more information visit http://www.magicalmoonshine.org/bluewelcome.htm ). ADULTS ONLY, ages 18+. $10 if paid at least 24 hours in advance, $12 day-of-show. 8pm both nights. From April 9-20, Great AZ Puppet Theater presents "PETER RABBIT": Naughty Peter disobeys his mother and sets off to find adventure (and lunch!) in Mr. McGregor's garden in this popular version of Beatrix Potter's most famous tale, told with adorable hand puppets, music and movement -- no words!Showtimes, unless otherwise noted, are Wednesdays through Fridays at 10am, Saturdays at 10am & 2pm, and Sundays at 2pm. Tickets prices, unless otherwise noted, are $10 for adults, $7 for children (ages 0-12 yrs).
