FIAT LUX Exhibition By Artist Brian Boner Opens 2/7

Fiat Lux Gallery announces its spring show, "No Particular Order," an exhibition of Phoenix Artist Brian Boner. An emerging artist on the local scene, Brian's work can be seen in numerous public and private collections as well as his 150 foot long mural on the MonOrchid in the heart of Phoenix's downtown arts district, dedicated to those who have perished because of homelessness.

A current resident of Phoenix, his work is also featured at Cardon's Children's Center and Banner Health. Brian's art has been exhibited throughout the United States, including shows in Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Atlanta.

Fiat Lux, the remarkable new gallery in Old Town Scottsdale, will feature Brian Boner's exhibition, "No Particular Order" February 7th - March 14, with an artist's opening reception (by invitation only) on February 7 at 6 pm. Brian's unique style demonstrates a deep familiarity with figurative and representational painting. The results are multi-layered images with an emotional reflection of the human condition.

"I'm interested in the random or seemingly unexplainable events that weave in and out of our daily lives. When lightning strikes the same place two or three or ten times, and what that narrative looks like. The edges of torn paper, or the "butterfly effect". Just as various cultures and religions give reason or provide answers for events such as death, natural disasters, coincidence, and the occult, my work provides a snapshot of the experience as simply that; an experience. Just a random set of circumstances. Nothing more, nothing less."
