Photos: First Look at Blue Repertory's CARRIE!

Manila, Philippines--Ateneo Blue Repertory, the premier musical theater organization at the Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU), is currently staging "Carrie" (Musical). Take a first look at the production! Check out the photos below.

Directed by Jill Pena, "Carrie" features the music by Michael Gore, lyrics by Dean Pitchford, and book by Lawrence Cohen.

Adapted from Stephen King's novel, "Carrie's" titular character is a misfit. At school, she is an outcast who is bullied by her schoolmates and virtually invisible to everyone else. At home, she is at the mercy of her loving but cruelly over-protective mother. But Carrie has a special power, and if pushed too far, she is not afraid to use it.

The show opened last Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at ADMU's Rizal Mini Theater. It will run until November 25, 2018.
