August Wilson's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama is directed by Lisa Strum, who previously helmed a production of A Raisin in the Sun at BRT. The play centers on Troy Maxson, a former Negro League baseball player and father who struggles to separate his own unfulfilled dreams from those of his son Cory, leading to a clash over opportunity, responsibility, and manhood.
