Registration Ends Soon For Winter 2011 Session Of Civic Theater School

Civic Theatre School, the Lehigh Valley's premier children's theatre school will end registration for its Winter 2011 session on Wednesday, December 22nd. Registration can be done online at www.CivicTheatre.com; interested parents/guardians can also call Civic at 610.432.8943 for more information or to have a brochure sent to them.

Information on the class schedules, in addition to bios for the instructors for each class, is included with this release. Students in the Winter 2011 sessions exclusively have the option to audition for Civic Theatre School's spring production; this year's will be Seussical Junior.

Written by Tony winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, Seussical Junior is a children's musical based on classic Dr. Seuss characters that include Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and Jojo. Featuring the song "Oh The Thinks You Can Think", the show's musical selections and characters are all geared specially towards children. The schedule for Seussical Junior is included with this release.

The prices for Civic Theatre School are the same as they've been for the past three years. The cost to put one child in the Winter session is $285 for children in grades 1-12, and $210 for those age 4 and/or in kindergarten. Those prices are for all who get their payments in on or before December 22nd; fees will be assessed onto late payments.
