Philadelphia Artists Come Together for LOVE CAN BUILD A BRIDGE Benefit on 8/22

On Monday, August 22nd more than 25 amazing Philadelphia artists will be donating their time and talents to make a difference in support of victims of violence for a one-night-only concert event benefitting three incredible organizations who provide assistance (financial support, counseling and education) locally and nationally: The Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia, the National Organization of Victim Assistance and the One Orlando Fund.

Love Can Build a Bridge - A Benefit Concert is being organized in response to the recent acts of violence that have been overwhelming to so many people who feel helpless or alone. In an effort to make a positive impact and send messages of love and support into the world we will present an evening of song that celebrates messages of love, unity and empowerment. All artists are donating their time and Plays & Players Theatre has generously donated their space in order to make as much of a financial impact for the beneficiary organizations as possible. All proceeds benefit the three organizations mentioned above.

Gafgen, Carl Smith, Meredith Beck, Mike Dorsey, Connor McAndrews, Craig O'Brien, Frank Schierloh, Topher Layton, David Nikolas, TIM JOhnson, Michael Kammerer, Janet Wilkie, Samantha Reisenberg, Donnie Hammond, Madalyn St. John, Josh Millhouse, Jamie Beth Weist, Katherine Perry, Sarah Lynn Dewey, Peter Andrew Danzig, Megan Pisors, Demetria Joyce Bailey, Shaun Yates, Josh Keiter, Mark Marano, Christine Petrini, Clyde Brooks, and more.
