Philadelphia Theatre Company announces that Mary Birdsong, Aisha de Haas, Kate Flannery, Ashley Austin Morris, andJoyce Van Patten will appear in the Philadelphia cast of Love, Loss, and What I Wore on June 25-July 7 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. This intimate collection of stories by sisters Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron and directed by Karen Carpenter is based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman. Like the popular book, the show uses clothing, accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories to which all women can relate. This production is presented by special arrangement with producer Daryl Roth.

Performances are Tuesday-Sunday, with opening night on Wednesday, June 26. There will be no show on Independence Day,Thursday, July 4. Love, Loss, and What I Wore opened in October, 2009 at New York's Westside Theatre where it broke all box office records. The production was honored with a 2010 Drama Desk Award and a Broadway.com Audience Award, and has included a rotating cast of five actresses, including Tyne Daly, Fran Dresher, Minka Kelly, Janeane Garofalo, Jane Lynch, Sherri Shepherd, and Rosie O'Donnell to name a few. In addition to its New York production, Love, Loss, and What I Wore has played in Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and Sydney Australia.

Mary Birdsong made her Broadway debut in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, winning a Theater World Award for her performance, and then joined the Broadway cast of Hairspray. A former correspondent on The Daily Show and Crossballs, she may be best known for her role as Deputy Cherisha Kimball on the Comedy Central series Reno 911!, and appeared opposite George Clooney inThe Descendants. She is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she was awarded the Stella Adler Award for Outstanding Achievement in Acting.

Aisha de Haas recreates the role she played Off-Broadway in Love, Loss, and What I Wore. She was seen in Stephen Sondheim's Roadshow at The Public Theatre and has appeared on Broadway in Caroline or Change, Rent, and Bring in Da Noise, Bring in Da Funk. Her television credits include Blue Bloods, Law and Order, Law and Order: SVU, and Third Watch. She has toured the US and Europe in Dreamgirls, Ain't Misbehavin', Little Shop of Horrors, and as a backing vocalist for Oleta Adams.

Philly native and University of the Arts alum Kate Flannery just finished nine years as party girl MerEdith Palmer in the hit TV series The Office. Before The Office, she made appearances on The Bernie Mac Show, Boomtown, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Wizards of Waverly Place. A former member of The Second City's National Touring Company, Flannery is an original member of Chicago's Annoyance Theatre where she created 15 shows including The Miss VaGina Pageant and The Real Live Brady Bunch which played over 30 cities and the Kennedy Center. She played Neely O'Hara in the Off-Broadway hit Valley of the Dolls in both New York and Los Angeles.

Ashley Austin Morris returns to the role she played in the New York production of Love, Loss and What I Wore. She also appeared Off-Broadway in Die Momma Die opposite Charles Busch. On television she has been seen in The Good Wife, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, and The Big Bang Theory. Feature film roles include Art Machine, Generation Umm with Keanu Reeves, and the soon-to-be-released Premium Rush with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Joyce Van Patten, veteran of stage, screen and television, was a member of the original cast of the daytime soap opera As the World Turns and was seen most recently in Desperate Housewives. She made her prime-time television debut as a featured regular onThe Danny Kaye Show for four seasons after which she co-starred for three seasons in The Good Guys with Herb Edelman. This season, she appeared in Playwright's Horizons' production of The Great God Pan and on Broadway in several Neil Simon comedies including Brighton Beach Memoirs, I Ought to Be in Pictures, Rumors, and Jake's Women as well as at Roundabout Theatre, Lincoln Center Theater, and Manhattan Theatre Club.
