JERSEY BOYS Sets New Box Office Record in Hershey

The Hershey engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning musical Jersey Boys broke the box office record at Hershey Theatre, grossing $1,282,369 for the week ending March 3, 2013. Jersey Boys is now the #1 attended and grossing show of all time for a week-long engagement at Hershey Theatre. This tops the previous record of $1,019,449 held by Spamalot. Jersey Boys began performances in Hershey on Tuesday, February 26 and played through Sunday, March 3.

Jersey Boys is the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. It's a journey of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide - all before they were thirty.

The cast of Jersey Boys is led by Brandon Andrus (Nick Massi), Colby Foytik (Tommy DeVito), Jason Kappus (Bob Gaudio) and Brad Weinstock (Frankie Valli) as The Four Seasons, with Barry Anderson and Thomas Fiscella.

Jersey Boys is the winner of the 2006 Best Musical Tony Award, the 2006 Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album, the 2009 Olivier Award for Best New Musical and the 2010 Helpmann Award for Best Musical (Australia).
