If you haven't seen the new play, Citizen Paine, you still have a chance to go to the great City Tavern in Philadelphia on February 24 or 25 and join Thomas Paine as he offers you an evening of COMMON SENSE for our world today.

The production, that premiered at The Centre Theater in January, will move to CITY TAVERN in Philadelphia for February 24 & 25, 2009, at 8 PM . Ticket reservations are available by phone at 610-279-1013. Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $13 for Seniors and Students. If you would like to have dinner before the performance you must call the City Tavern and make reservations. Call 215-413-1433. The City Tavern is offering a 2 for the price of one dinner. The Centre Theater box office will let the City Tavern know that you have tickets for the performance. The City Tavern is located at 138 S. 2nd Street at Walnut.

Iron Age Theatre brings Thomas Paine to the stage in this dynamic one man show illuminating Paine's vision for Freedom, Citizenship and Social Equality through the lens of his amazing life. What does the most radical of founding fathers have to say to our world today? Thomas Paine, most radical of the American Revolutionaries, considers his life and philosophy. Our forgotten Founding Father, a Citizen of the World, may offer some Common Sense to the world today and reinvigorate the promise of America.

The company that developed a national tour of Howard Zinn's Marx in Soho for more than 150 performances returns to the issues that challenge our nation with reflections from Thomas Paine.
