ALADDIN Dance Party Will Greet Broad Street Runners With Magical Celebration!

The magic of ALADDIN will be celebrated along the route of the Broad Street Run this Sunday, when runners and spectators alike will have the opportunity to enjoy an ALADDIN-inspired performance by the Kimmel Center's Showstoppers, along with String Theory High School students in front of the Kimmel Center at 300 S. Broad Street.

The young performers will perform dance routines and sing-along to the popular tunes of Disney's ALADDIN, coming to Philadelphia's Academy of Music stage beginning June 13 - July 1. Frances Egler, the Kimmel Center's Director of Programming and Presentations, and Tony voter, will be available for interviews.

In addition to song and dance performances by the Showstoppers and String Theory High School performers, fans and spectators will be able to pose for photos- and make a wish- with Aladdin's magic lamp, enter-to-win tickets for a performance of ALADDIN, and enjoy an up-close sidewalk view of the Broad Street Run. The Kimmel Center's special 'Magic Carpet Cam' will also be broadcasting the views from in front of the venue.
