The cast of Head Over Heels sang Broadway Sessions into it's 11th year recently for the long running shows season premiere. RuPauls' Drag Race standout Peppermint (Pythio in Head Over Heels) co-hosted the night, which featured musical selections celebrating queer love, life and inclusion. Heaven is a place on Broadway... and that place is the Hudson Theatre. Head Over Heels opened on Broadway just last night and BroadwayWorld was there for the epic night!

Late Thursday evening, following the publication of the New York Times theatre review of Head Over Heels, members of the Broadway community took to social media to express outrage over a review which many have dubbed transphobic.

Tonight the audience over at the new musical Head Over Heels got an extra special treat at curtain call, when the source of the show's score, legendary rock group The Go-Go's, took the stage for a performance of some of their classic hits! Check out the video below!

Previews begin tonight, Tuesday April 10, at the Curran theatre (445 Geary Street) for Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's- the most successful female rock band of all time.

Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's - the most successful female rock band of all time - will officially open on Broadway at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street) on Thursday, July 26, 2018 (performances begin Saturday, June 23). The first episode of the ten part series, produced in partnership with MAC Cosmetics, will be released on Tuesday, March 13th, 2018. The unscripted series follows three Instagram influencers as they learn what it takes to be a drag superstar.
