Brown, will begin preview performances on Thursday, November 9, 2017 and officially open on Sunday, December 3 at the Circle in the Square Theatre. Today we celebrate the breathtaking Deaf West revival of Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater's adolescent rock musical, Spring Awakening, which opened on Broadway on this day in 2015.

Today, producers Ken Davenport and Hunter Arnold announced that Hailey Kilgore, an 18 year-old Oregon native, will make her Broadway debut as Ti Moune in the new Broadway production of Once On This Island, which will play the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 W. 50th street, NYC) this fall. Michael Arden, who brilliantly re-imagined The Wallis and Deaf West Theatre's production of Spring Awakening that received rave reviews on Broadway, directs this rarely staged Stephen Sondheim (Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, West Side Story) musical. Merrily We Roll Along travels backwards in time to navigate the bumpy history among three friends - Franklin, Charlie and Mary - who begin their in careers in show business together. The powerful and moving story, based on the Kaufman and Hart play, features some of Sondheim's most beautiful songs including 'Good Thing Going,' 'Our Time' and 'Not a Day Goes By'.

Singer/songwriter Ingrid Michaelson just released her new album IT DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE, featuring the song 'Hell No.' Below, watch her perform the single with actors from Deaf West Theatre, the company behind Broadway's recent SPRING AWAKENING revival, on this morning's TODAY!

Bay Street Theater has just announced that MY FAIR LADY will be extended through September 4 due to popular demand. The classic musical has book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. It is based on the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw and Gabriel Pascal's motion picture. The production is directed by Michael Arden, Tony Award nominee and Outer Critics Circle Award-winner for Best Director of a Musical for the Broadway revival of Spring Awakening. Treshelle Edmond, who made her Broadway debut as Martha in this season's revival of SPRING AWAKENING, performed 'I'm Here' from THE COLOR PURPLE, another musical that was revived this season.
