Last night (16 March 2017) at the New London Theatre Mel C joined the West End cast of School of Rock the Musical, and surprised the audience with a performance of the Spice Girls hit 'Wannabe.'

The seven-part webisode series follows the West End cast of School of Rock - The Musical as they get ready to begin performances at the New London Theatre on 24 October 2016. In episode one, join Jo Whiley as she hosts the West End launch for School of Rock - The Musical. This episode sees the cast begin their journey performing in the spotlight in front of a live audience for the very first time. See the kids rock out at a jamming session with their future substitute teacher Mr Dewey Finn (David Fynn).

Next stop is France as Boggess stars in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA in Paris.

At the 2016 edition of BROADWAY BACKWARDS, Broadway legend Chita Rivera brought her own brand of 'razzle-dazzle' to Kander and Ebb's 'All I Care About is Love' from CHICAGO. The actress delivered an unforgettable take on swarmy lawyer Billy Flynn, surrounded by a bevy of feathery beauties, many from the original 1996 CHICAGO revival cast, including Nili Bassman, Mindy Cooper, Mamie Duncan-Gibbs, Gabriela Garcia, Mary Ann Lamb, Dana Moore and Solange Sandy. The sold-out audience at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre was dazzled Monday, March 21, 2016, by this year's stirring edition of BROADWAY BACKWARDS. The annual celebration, where men sing songs originally written for women and vice versa offering this audience the chance to see LGBT stories told through the great songs of musical theatre, set a new fundraising record. The evening raised an incredible $480,287 to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York City. School of Rock-The Musical may not hit Broadway until later this year, but a select group of people are currently getting a sneak peek at the Grammercy Theatre to watch an early version of the new musical. Paper Mill Playhouse continues its 75th Anniversary Season with the classic Charles Dickens musical Oliver!, with a holiday 'twist' for the entire family. With a book, music and lyrics by Lionel Bart, Oliver! is directed by Paper Mill Playhouse Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee with original choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Oliver! features David Garrison (Fagin), best known for his role as Steve Rhoades on the hit television series Married...with Children, Betsy Morgan (Nancy), John Treacy Egan (Mr. Bumble), Jose Llana (Bill Sikes), David Hess (MR. Brownlow), Ethan Haberfield (Artful Dodger) and introducing Tyler Moran as Oliver. Oliver! also features 16 local boys from across the state of New Jersey who auditioned from a pool of over 200.
