THE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL THEATRE AWARDS (NHSMTA)/JIMMY AWARDS- The seventh annual National High School Musical Theatre Awards were held on Monday, June 29, 2015, at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway. This one-of-a-kind-event was hosted by two-time Tony Award®-winner Michael Cerveris, currently on Broadway in this year's Best Musical Fun Home at Circle in the Square. The coveted Jimmy Award for Best Performance by an Actress and Best Performance by an Actor on Monday, June 29 at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre, was presented to Marla Louissaint representing The Gershwin Awards and Anthony Skillman, representing the M.A.C.Y. She will play an 8-week limited engagement at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St., NYC) through Sunday, June 21, 2015. Miscast 2015 honored two bold and fearless women: Emmy® & Golden Globe® nominated stage and screen actress Sarah Paulson and Tony® Award-winning producer Fran Weissler. Kyle Selig stars as Pippin in the new national touring production of PIPPIN that launches in Denver on Sept. 6. Kyle sent his selfie video series, JOIN US: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PIPPIN that The Denver Center for the Performing Arts put together into a vlog to show fans a fun day in the life of Kyle and his show.
