Joining the couple were such stars as Priscilla Presley, Judd Nelson, Doris Roberts, Peyton List, Kevin Chamberlin, John Gammon, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, Jacqueline Toboni, Lorenzo Lamas, Kay Cole, Kate Linder, Renee Marino, Sam Harris, Sharna Burgess, and Scott Wilson.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, recently featured Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young in 'Samson & Delilah, A Love Story'- an evening of songs from the Broadway Records album containing songs from the forthcoming new musical Samson & Delilah, music and lyrics by Ron Yatter. The songs are a unique blend of legit theater and pop/rock. The show is a new telling of the epic, tragic love story of the biblical couple from different cultures. Delilah, the beautiful young Philistine, falls in love with the mighty Samson. When she betrays him it's over misguided jealousy. She realizes her tragic mistake and they reconcile. On last night's live finale of AMERICAN IDOL, Broadway veterans and real life couple Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo got engaged on the broadcast. Host Ryan Seacrest brought the pair up on stage during a segment noting previous Idol-alumni in the audience, followed by a proposal from Young. Diana's answer? YES!

The Hollywood Bowl's production of HAIRSPRAY reunites original Broadway stars Harvey Fierstein and Marissa Jaret Winokur. Both Fierstein and Winokur, playing mother Edna Turnblad and daughter Tracy Turnblad, were awarded Tony Awards for best leading actor in a musical and best leading actress in a musical respectively for their appearances in HAIRSPRAY on Broadway. This is the first time that they have performed these roles together in Los Angeles; this is also Fierstein's Hollywood Bowl debut.
