BroadwayWorld confirmed earlier today that Hamilton will be heading uptown next season! Lin-Manuel Miranda's newest musical, which opened to rave reviews last week, will arrive on Broadway this summer at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. The show will start previews on July 13th and will open on August 6th. The world premiere production of HAMILTON, inspired by the book 'Alexander Hamilton' by Ron Chernow, with book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Thomas Kail, will run an additional four weeks through Sunday, May 3 with an official press opening last night, February 17 at The Public Theater. Bronx Bombers, a new American play by Eric Simonson, is produced on Broadway by Fran Kirmser and Tony Ponturo, and directed by Eric Simonson.
