The program features internationally-acclaimed Houston-based speed painter, Dan Dunn, as he brings music to life in a highly visual and spontaneous presentation. Using paint, sand, glass and canvas, Dan choreographs his theatrical performances to music at astonishing speed. On May 22, 23 and 24, Dan is expected to create eight works of art inspired by the sounds of the orchestra featuring songs like Tyzik's The Great Westerns Suite, Bohemian Rhapsody, music from Gladiator, John Lennon's Imagine, selections from Ravel's Mother Goose, and more. Additionally, one lucky audience member will be selected at random to participate in an on-stage activity with Dan.
