UP Comedy Club is ready for winter with a slate of new stand-ups in January and the return of our hit show #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment in February.

Turner's TBS ends an impressive and transformative year with renewals of all six of its 2016 scripted comedies. The network today announced 10-episode season 2 renewals of its two most recent critically acclaimed comedies.

Comedian Chris Gethard explores the sometimes twisted minds of his listeners and unravels the mysteries of their dreams in a brand new, eight-episode Earwolf podcast, 'In Your Dreams with Chris Gethard,' presented exclusively by mattress company Casper.

This week at the Alamo Drafthouse, Brooklyn takes center stage with the release of Matthew Conboy's documentary GOODNIGHT BROOKLYN: THE STORY OF DEATH BY AUDIO, following the last weeks of legendary Brooklyn venue Death by Audio. Founded by Oliver Ackermann, Edan Wilber, and director Matthew Conboy in 2005, Death by Audio served as an incubator for underground music, art, and a non-traditional living environment until Vice Media took over the space in 2014. To celebrate the film's release, Matthew Conboy will appear in person for Q&As on 12/2 and 12/3. Following the screening on 12/2, join Conboy and the Alamo in celebrating the life of Death by Audio with an afterparty in the House of Wax featuring a live performance by Drawing Boards.

The Alamo Drafthouse is now open for business in Downtown Brooklyn, featuring a program of new releases and classic film events. This week brings exciting new releases to the Alamo, including Denis Villeneuve's ARRIVAL and Todd Rohal's UNCLE KENT 2, with an even more exciting roster of special screenings and film events.

TBS's stable of original comedies continues to grow with the straight-to-series pick-up of a new series from comedy superstar and multiple Emmy(R) nominee Tracy Morgan (30 Rock).

DSI Comedy Theater heats up the late Fall and early winter with a line-up of touring comics that is sure to appeal to every comedy fan. Friday, November 4, the comedy spot welcomes back North Carolina native Jane Borden for an evening of stand-up comedy. 

A filmmaker (Wyatt Cenac, 'The Daily Show') receives a series of panicked emails and phone calls from a young French woman -- Jacqueline Dumont (Camille Rutherford, HOLY MOTORS). She implores him to travel to Argentina to document her self-imposed political exile after she supposedly leaks highly confidential government secrets detailing a planned assassination. Jacqueline expects a severe fallout and wants the filmmaker there recording everything in case anything happens to her.

Seeso today announced its "12-Week Stand-Up Streaming Fest" with 12-weeks of exclusive original stand-up comedy specials and series beginning October 20 through January 5. The following comedy specials will debut throughout the festival's run:

“THH” is back and funny AF. Comedy Central's stand-up series “The Half Hour” is back with a huge roster of talented comedians and premieres on Friday, August 26 at midnight ET/PT and 12:30 a.m. ET/PT featuring Noah Gardenswartz and Ramon Rivas II. The preview episode “Must CC: The Half Hour” with highlights from all 17 comedians is available on the Comedy Central App and cc.com/shows/the-half-hour.
