Oregon Wine Trail Comes to New York for One-day Event May 6, 2019

The Oregon Wine Board is bringing 60 of its most esteemed winemakers and a generous pour of Oregon's fine wine and pioneering spirit to New York on May 6, 2019 for The Oregon Wine Trail, New York City. Oregon, which as a winemaking region, grew eight times faster than the overall wine category in dollar sales for 2018 according to Nielsen, is hosting this all day event at the Altman Building on 18th street. Included will be a Masterclass for the trade from 12:00 - 1:30 pm, a walk-around tasting for both media and trade from 1:00 - 4:30 pm, and a consumer tasting in the evening from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

Centerstage Theatre Company will premiere the stage adaptation of the Academy Award winning Best Picture film classic Guess Who's Coming toDinner? by Todd Kreidler and based on the screenplay by William Rose and runs Feb. 15-24 at Winfree Bryant Middle School Auditorium 1213 Leeville Pike in Lebanon.

Court Theatre, under the continuing leadership of Charles Newell, Marilyn F. Vitale Artistic Director, continues its 2017/18 season with Guess Who's Coming to Dinner by Todd Kreidler (based on the screenplay by William Rose), directed by Marti Lyons with Associate Director Wardell Julius Clark. Guess Who's Coming to Dinner runs March 15 - April 15, 2018 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Ave. The press opening is Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 8:00pm.

Budig Theater with Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, by Todd Kreidler, based on the screenplay by William Rose, playing January 26- February 17, 2018. This production marks the script's Cincinnati premiere, and is directed by D. Lynn Meyers, the Artistic Director of Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati. The cast includes CSC Associate Artists Darnell Pierre Benjamin and Kelly Mengelkoch alongside Barry Mulholland, Annie Fitzpatrick, Caitlin McWethy, Ken Early, and Thursday Farrar. The production is sponsored by Frost Brown Todd, BB&T, and Moerlein Lager House.

The Guthrie Theater today announced the final two of nine productions to be offered as part of the theater's 2017-2018 subscription season: Indecent, a new play with music by Pulitzer Prize-winner Paula Vogel (How I Learned to Drive), conceived by Vogel and Rebecca Taichman; and the Guthrie's first production of the iconic American musical West Side Story, directed by Joseph Haj.

Albert, Executive Director,Court Theatre announces that it will present the Asolo Repertory Theatre, Pasadena Playhouse and Arena Stage production of The Originalistby John Strand, featuring Edward Gero as Antonin Scalia and directed by Arena Stage Artistic Director Molly Smith, to conclude its 63rd season.
