SIDE SHOW's, Erin Davie, Emily Padgett, and More Set For BROADWAY UNPLUGGED at Town Hall, 1/26

Broadway Unplugged, the critically acclaimed annual concert event at The Town Hall, will make history once again when, on Monday, January 26th, the stars of the recent revival of SIDE SHOW, Erin Davie and Emily Padgett sing their two famous duets, 'Who Will Love Me as I Am?' and 'I Will Never Leave You' for the first time in a major concert hall without the aid of any amplification.

Patrick Page, Michael Arden, Ciara Renee & More to Lead THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME at La Jolla Playhouse!

La Jolla Playhouse announces the cast for its upcoming U.S. premiere musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, featuring a score by the multiple Academy, Grammy and Tony Award-winning team of composer Alan Menken (Newsies, Little Shop of Horrors) and lyricist Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin), book by Peter Parnell (The West Wing, On a Clear Day You Can See Forever) and direction by Scott Schwartz (Playhouse's Jane Eyre, Broadway's Golda's Balcony). Produced in association with Paper Mill Playhouse, by special arrangement with Disney Theatrical Productions, The Hunchback of Notre Dame will run October 26 - December 7, 2014 in the Playhouse's Mandell Weiss Theatre.

Parks Concert Series Continues with Karen Mason & William Michals Tonight

The 7th Season of The Parks Concert Series, (formerly The Concerts for City Greens), a free outdoor concert series, continues tonight, August 13th at 6:30 pm (Rain date: Thursday, August 14th at 6:30pm.) at Tudor City Greens, and will feature professional performers from Broadway and the New York City cabaret, jazz, classical and opera scene. All performers donate their time and talent for these concerts. The concert will be hosted by Tudor City resident, Broadway and cabaret veteran Raissa Katona Bennett.

Palm Beach Dramaworks Extends Frank Loesser's THE MOST HAPPY FELLA In Concert, Now Through 8/3

On the heels of overwhelming critical acclaim and passionate audience response, Palm Beach Dramaworks has scheduled additional performances of Frank Loesser's achingly romantic musical The Most Happy Fella, starring William Michals. Originally slated to close on Sunday, July 27, the concert production will now continue at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre (201 Clematis) through Sunday, August 3.

Love blooms in Napa Valley for an aging, unprepossessing grape farmer and a young, world-weary waitress in Frank Loesser's achingly romantic The Most Happy Fella, opening tonight, July 18 (8pm) at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre. William Michals, who triumphed in the title role of last season's Man of La Mancha, returns to Palm Beach Dramaworks to play the Italian immigrant farmer Tony Esposito in this concert production.

GRINDR The Opera to Premiere at The West End Cabaret, 5/2-3

Libertine Idol Productions and Charles Czarnecki are presenting the world premiere of Erik Johannes von Ransom's GRINDR The Opera in concert on May 2nd and 3rd at The West End Cabaret, with direction by Rachel Klein. GRINDR is an unauthorized musical parody of the eponymous gay hook-up app that has sweepingly altered the course of modern gay intimacy.

William Michals, Rebecca Lachance & More Set for BROADWAY BALLYHOO this Week

in its 10th month at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The long-running musical revue series is delighted to present Broadway star WILLIAM MICHALS, who starred on Broadway in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Beauty & The Beast, and as Emile deBeque in the Lincoln Center Production of South Pacific. He will be joined by new Broadway star REBECCA LaCHANCE, who not only just made her Broadway debut as Betty in the hit Carol King musical BEAUTIFUL, she has also gone on in the starring role. Also in the Ballyhoo cast this week, the sultry jazz singer HARMONY KEENY, accompanied by Tedd Firth, as well as Broadway Rising Star JENNA DELLACCO.
