CBS has announced the presenters and performers for THE 39TH ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, an entertainment special to be broadcast Tuesday, Dec. 27 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The event took place in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016 with Stephen Colbert as Host.

The creators of the Broadway bound hit musical Mighty Real: A Fabulous Sylvester Musical proudly return to New York City with the world premiere musical AN EVENING WITH PHYLLIS HYMAN. 

The evening belonged to Hillary and Streisand. Streisand's set started out with 'Everything' from her 1970 film A STAR IS BORN, 'Being at War With Each other' by Carole King, 'Losing My Mind' by Stephen Sondheim from her new ENCORE album and 'Pure Imagination' addressing the environment (also from ENCORE). Then the place went wild when she performed Stephen Sondheim's 'Send in the Clowns' with re-written lyrics skewering Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump. The audience went wild and Barbra received 9 standing ovations!

VOTES by Jacqueline S. Salit and Fred Newman, composed by Annie Roboff, and directed by Gabrielle L. Kurlander, has been extended through May 22nd at Castillo Theatre (543 West 42nd Street (betw. 10th and 11th Avenues).

The Musical, My Life is a Musical) as Kenneth Starr with Kara Guy (National Tour: Footloose), Dale Hensley (La Cage aux Folles, The Drowsy Chaperone), Rob Richardson (Jekyll & Hyde, A Tale of Two Cities), and Gretchen Wylder(Bedbugs!!!, Til Divorce Do Us Part).
